Marinada Para Carne Enchilada (Marinade For Spicy Meat)

| 2 lb. beef chuck or round steaks, cut 1/4-1/2-in. thick |
| chopped fresh cilantro (optional) |

| Marinade: |
| 3 Tbsp. paprika |
| 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice |
| 3 Tbsp. white vinegar |
| 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 2 Tbsp. chili powder |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin |
| 1-1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1 tsp. onion powder |
| 1/2 tsp. pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine Marinade ingredients in large nonreactive bowl. Place beef steak and marinade in food -safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hr. or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
2. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 5-8 Min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 4-7 Min.) for medium rare (145°F) to doneness, turning once. Carve steak across the grain into thin slices. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
