Glazed Meat Loaf (Gluten-Free)

What you need:
* 2 lb. ground beef
* 2 eggs
* 2/3 c. gluten-free bread crumbs
* 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 2 Tbsp. ketchup
* 1 tsp. onion powder
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/8 tsp. pepper
What to do:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Press into an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
3. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Drain off any grease.
4. Glaze top with extra ketchup or bbq sauce. Bake for 10 minutes more to set glaze.
